Happy Lamb Hot Pot

Title: Unique Self-Service Experience at Happy Lamb Hot Pot Review: My visit to Happy Lamb Hot Pot offered a refreshing twist on the traditional hot pot dining experience. As avid fans of hot pot, we were intrigued by their distinctive self-service approach. Unlike the typical ordering process from a tablet or menu, here we had the freedom to walk to the shelves and personally select our desired vegetables and other ingredients, which added an enjoyable interactive element to our meal. The only exception to this self-service was with the beef and lamb, where we were limited to just one plate at our table. The inclusion of drinks in the meal was a nice touch, and we were pleasantly surprised to find small snacks like chicken, barbecue, and bread available on the shelves as well. This variety and the ability to choose our own ingredients made for a fun and satisfying dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Happy Lamb Hot Pot and appreciated the uniqueness of their self-service concept. Don't forget to ask for free ice cream at the end

Incredibly family friendly restaurant! We came here tonight for dinner with a 1-year-old and a 6-year-old for hot pot. What an amazing setup! There was something for everybody. Our server Cindy was fantastic with our kids. She explained to our daughter how the restaurant worked and how to go up and get ingredients to make soup. Another gentleman was amazing and made kid friendly chopsticks out of rubber bands and the chopstick paper. The restaurant provided a high chair and a kid plate for the 1-year-old. This worked out really well. Amazing variety and selection of food and the lamb dumplings were the highlight. We got the half and half with lamb as our meat. My husband considers himself a spice lover and the spicy half was extremely spicy. The other highlight was the fresh noodles, tons of greens, and the free soda fountain drinks. This is a great restaurant for people who are vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, flexitarian,🤣 and meat lovers. The broth was so flavorful. We can't wait to come back.

I would say is very good deal. And good quality. Food has lots of options. Soda is included. Have fried rice/ spring roll/ some fruit as well. Highly recommend. But also. I would suggest couple things. 1/ soup base is too salty for me , they could change the ratio for the soup base 2/ spicy soup base isn’t spicy enough for me, I did ask for extra spicy. But not spicy. 3/ dipping sauce. Since the soup base isn’t spicy for me, I would like to make my sauce spicy. But unfortunately they don’t have lots of chili options. Maybe just add on one Thai chili would be great.

Such great spot for group dinings! Variety of meat (marveled lamb was so good) veggies, and uncooked seafood. Most looks very fresh and empty plates get always filled up quickly! Lots of seating space, friendly staff, and not too loud inside. Reason for 4/5 stars: most plates for buffet (black ones) had oil and food stains (at least when we were there), I had to dig through to get a clean one 😬. Can’t wait to come back for 5 star review!

The food was average, but it upset my stomach. As an African American, I felt uncomfortable with the unwelcoming stares and attitudes from some staff. It seems like there’s a preference for certain customers. The service staff, mainly Hispanic, are doing their best under these circumstances. My family and I noticed a shift in the atmosphere since fall 2022 - there’s been a negative vibe. Also, we’ve seen inconsistencies in billing, with unexpected charges. Lastly, the restroom cleanliness needs improvement; it had an unpleasant odor.
